One of my favorite designers showcased her spring line during NYFW. I always loved Monique Lhuillier for the rich fabric textures she uses and her feminine silhouettes. Famous for her glam red carpet gowns, she showed many key pieces that can be incorporated into one’s wardrobe. “Woman have busy lives. Their clothes need to be real”, said Lhuillier describing her collection.
Here are some of my favorites from the show.

Greetings Everyone,
I know it’s been a little while since I have written, but I was in seclusion for about two weeks. I flew down to Brazil for my brothers wedding and as you may have seen on instagram I then went to Riviera Sao Laurenco with my family and friends to get some rest. Fortunately or unfortunately I had very limited Internet, so I was tuned off from the world for a couple of days.
The wedding celebration was amazing, the day was beautiful and the details/decor was absolutely stunning. It was a day filled with remarkable moments that I will forever cherish. I will later show all of the details on the wedding but I wanted to share with you all details on my dress for the occasion.

The festivities have began! This past weekend I was out celebrating with friends the future wedding of my sooon to be sister in law. We spent the night dinning, catching up on girl talk and enjoying the beautiful NYC night before flying out for the wedding. It is always a great night with my favorite ladies. Have a fabulous week eveyone!

I love this shot taken of the Colosseum on my last leg of trip through Europe. I truly had an amazing photographer with me on the trip and a wonderful travel companion. I sat on this bridge where this shot was taken from for a good two hours, just admiring it’s architecture. It also had me thinking, how this initial structure has been a reference throughout history on the building of stadiums throughout the world. I find it amazing to see it stand until today!
Have a wonderful weekend!
