I love this shot taken of the Colosseum on my last leg of trip through Europe. I truly had an amazing photographer with me on the trip and a wonderful travel companion. I sat on this bridge where this shot was taken from for a good two hours, just admiring it’s architecture. It also had me thinking, how this initial structure has been a reference throughout history on the building of stadiums throughout the world. I find it amazing to see it stand until today!
Have a wonderful weekend!
My time in Rome was absolutely fantastic. Here I am on the street where my apartment was located. I was heading out to dinner and for a night of sightseeing. During the day there are too many tourist everywhere, so I opted to go sightseeing at night. Definitely well worth it, as it was much more peaceful. I was able to fully soak in and admire the amazing sights. Rome is truly a remarkable piece of history!
“Some people believe holding on and hanging in there are signs of great strength. However, there are times when it takes much more strength to know when to let go and then do it.”
Here are some pics from Florence with the most beautiful background shots of the Duomo .
Wishing everyone an amazing weekend!
Greetings everyone, here are some pics of my first night in the city of Florence after leaving the seclusion of the Tuscany. I was thrilled to be back and re-live some of my old school memories, after studying in Florence a couple of years back.
Have a great week!
